How it all works
Grief has two phases: the experience of loss and learning to pick yourself up.
I’m here to help you experience true healing so you can write the next chapter of your life. We’ll discuss those painful feelings and confront difficult emotions so you can get support and guidance on your path.
MY PROCESS
1. Schedule your free 15-minute consult.
Reach out to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll schedule a phone or video call so you can get your questions answered and leave feeling confident you want to work with me.
2. Complete the initial paperwork
I’ll send you an email to collect your info prior to our first appointment (the initial assessment session) so we can focus on what’s important when we meet again.
3. Show up to the initial assessment.
During our first appointment, I’ll ask questions to get to know you and help you establish goals for therapy.
4. Begin counseling.
In our next sessions, we’ll collaboratively create a plan to help you meet your goals.
